Managing My Account

My Account gives you access to a wide array of tools to manage your Suddenlink experience. Here you can:
  • View or pay your bill online
  • Set up Auto Pay
  • Enroll in Paperless Billing
  • Manage your usernames and email addresses
  • Utilize online tools like speed tests and personal webspace
  • View scheduled appointments
  • Check for outages
  • Troubleshoot technical issues
You can access My Account at any time by going to and logging in with your username and password.

When you first log in, you’ll see a general snapshot of your account. From here you can navigate to several sections.

My Profile - Manage your account information and other secondary users on your account. Set up parental controls for viewing online content at and Suddenlink2GO by user. Also, update your password, name, alternate email address and secret question.

My Bill – See your current amount due, due date and make a payment online. Plus, enroll in Paperless Billing or automatic drafted payments, called Auto Pay.

Additional Options - Easy links for common tasks right at your fingertips, like managing your notification preferences.

My Services - Troubleshoot issues with your service, check your service status and access tutorials, FAQs and more.

Upcoming Appointments - When you have a scheduled appointment, you'll see here appointment reason, date, and when the technician is scheduled to arrive. The day of your appointment, a "Where's My Tech?" link will appear. Clicking on "Where's My Tech?" will give you an updated estimated time of arrival for your technician.

Available Services – See the major Suddenlink products that you currently have: TV, Internet, Phone, and Security. If a product is available in your area that you do not subscribe to, there is a link for more information so you can order on You can also view your TV lineups, Internet usage, call detail, perform an Internet speed test and more.
