All promotional offers are only guaranteed so long as a customer remains in good standing.
Good standing means you remain current in paying your monthly bill.
Any customer whose bill remains unpaid after the due date is deemed to not be in good standing.
- Fixed customers will not receive video, data or phone service (with the exception of 911 calls) or will receive a downgraded level of service while their accounts are not in good standing.
- In addition, if you are no longer in good standing, you may lose your promotional pricing and have regular rates apply if/when you make your account current and service is restored.
Note: Customers no longer in good standing are at risk of losing their promotion regardless of term length (including Price for Life).
