What does it mean for my account to be in good standing?
For your Suddenlink account to be considered in good standing, there can be no late, missed or returned payments throughout the first 90 days following installation.
When will I get my gift card?
If you meet the eligibility requirements at the end of the first 90 days (12 weeks), please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.
How will I get my gift card?
Cards are mailed to the service address listed on the account.
Can I use my gift card to pay my Suddenlink bill?
No, the card cannot be used to pay your Suddenlink bill.
Does my gift card expire?
Yes, please refer to the expiration date on the front of the card.
