Authorized User

In addition to the customer of record on a Suddenlink account, one authorized user can be added.

Authorized users can:

  • Make payments, review billing history, including balance inquiry*
  • Confirm or update contact phone numbers and/or e-mail address for the account*
  • Schedule or cancel service appointments*
  • Set up and reset the Purchase PIN and Parental Control "Block" PIN*
  • Add or remove Suddenlink services and equipment*
  • Order Pay-Per-View

What to do

To add or remove an authorized user, the account holder can:

  1. Chat with a Customer Care representative*
  2. Visit a local Suddenlink stores (Photo ID required)
  3. Download the Authorized User Form
