With Smart WiFi, you have one fast network that connects all of your devices. When turned on, you will only see one in-home WiFi network, instead of two. You can also check if it’s on by:
On the web
- Go to Suddenlink.com and sign in with your Suddenlink username and go to Manage your router.
- If Smart WiFi is on, under My WiFi Network, you will see: You are enjoying the benefits of Smart WiFi.

On your Altice One
- Press the
on your remote to bring up on the main menu and select Settings. - Highlight Internet and press SELECT.
- Scroll to My Home WiFi and press SELECT.
