S0A00 Error

If you are receiving the S0A00 error when trying to order or view VOD, try the following to fix the issue:


  • Turn the power off to the box
  • Unplug the box from the wall
  • Carefully unscrew the coaxial cable from the back of the box
  • After 60 seconds, reconnect the coaxial cable to the box on the same port
  • Plug the power back into the wall
  • Wait for the time or channel to show on the box display
  • Check to see if VOD is working
SRM-8

If you are receiving this error when trying to order or view VOD it typically indicates a problem with the hardware itself. Try the following steps to attempt to fix the problem:


  • Turn the power off to the box
  • Unplug the box from the wall
  • Carefully unscrew the coaxial cable from the back of the box
  • After 60 seconds, reconnect the coaxial cable to the box on the same port
  • Plug the power back into the wall
  • Wait for the time or channel to show on the box display
  • Check to see if VOD is working
SRM-8001

If you are receiving this error when trying to order or view VOD it typically indicates a problem with the hardware itself. Try the following steps to attempt to fix the problem:

If you are receiving this error when trying to order or view VOD it typically indicates a problem with the channel authorization.

If you are receiving this error when trying to order or view VOD it typically indicates that the title/program you are trying to watch is currently unavailable at this time. Please try a different title/program.

SRM-9002

If you are receiving this error when trying to order or view VOD it typically indicates a problem in the billing system. Please contact Suddenlink Customer Service so an agent can assist with your billing account.

SRM-20

If you are receiving this error when trying to order or view VOD it typically indicates that the system is temporarily busy and cannot complete your request at this time. Please try your selection again shortly.
