Selective Call Rejection

Don't let unwanted calls disturb you. With Selective Call Rejection, you can program your home phone to block calls from any number you place on the rejection list. You can choose to reject up to 10 specific phone numbers. When this service is turned on, any callers on this list will hear an announcement that you are not accepting calls at this time.

How to turn on and off

  1. Dial *60 on your home phone.
  2. Listen for an announcement telling you whether the service is on or off. Press 3 to turn the feature on and/or off. Note: To turn the feature on, you must first have phone numbers placed on your rejection list.

Add a number to the rejection list

  1. Dial *60 on your home phone.
  2. Wait for the automated message to begin then press #.
  3. Enter the phone number you want to block and press #. If you wish to block the last number that called, just press #01#.
  4. Once entered, the number you have blocked will be repeated back for verification.

Review numbers on the rejection list

  1. Dial *60 on your home phone.
  2. After the announcement telling you whether the service is on or off, you will hear how many public or private numbers are currently on the list.

Remove a number(s) from the rejection list

  1. Dial *60 on your home phone.
  2. Wait for the automated message to begin then press 09* to remove a specific number. Press 08* to remove all numbers.
