Check For An Outage

Occasionally, due to unforeseen circumstances, you and your neighbors may experience an interruption in service. These outages may occur due to inclement weather, an automobile accident in the area, road construction, or various other reasons. There are two quick and easy way to check for an outage.


My Account

Go to My Account and sign in with your username and password. Once in, you’ll see an overview of your account. On the right hand side of the screen, under My Services, any information about a service outages in your area will appear here.




Suddenlink2GO App

Open the app and sign in with your username and password. Tap Menu then choose 'My Services'. Next, tap ‘Troubleshooting’, then ‘Outages’. Any information about a service outages in your area will appear here. Don’t have the app? Download it now.


Troubleshooting

If there are no reported outages in your area, but you are experiencing issues, try troubleshooting your TV, Internet, or phone service.
