Access & Listen To Voicemail

Whether you’re traveling or just working late, you can get to your voicemail from just about anywhere.

By phone

From your home phone
  1. Dial *99 and wait for your voicemail to answer.
  2. The voicemail system will tell you how many new messages you have.
  3. When prompted, press 1 to listen to your messages.

Note: A stutter dial tone means you have a message(s).

From any other phone
  1. Dial your 7 or 10-digit Suddenlink home phone number and wait for your voicemail to answer.
  2. Press * and enter your PIN followed by #.
  3. The voicemail system will tell you how many new messages you have.
  4. When prompted, press 1 to listen to your messages.

Options during playback

At any time during the message you can:

  • Press # to advance the message several seconds
  • Press 3 to replay a message
  • Press 9 to save a message
  • Press 7 to erase a message

Online

From My Account
  1. Sign in to My Account using your username and password.
  2. Under Available Services -> Phone click Voicemail to Email.
  3. Find the voice message you want to listen to and click to play.

By email

You can choose to have voicemails delivered to you via email. The email, which can be sent to 3 email addresses, contains a WAV file which you can listen to on your computer or your mobile device.

  1. On the Voicemail to Email page, go to Voicemail Email Notification on the bottom right of the page.
  2. Add the email address(es) you want notifications to go to.
  3. Click Save My Email Settings when done.

This feature is available to customers who have both voicemail and Suddenlink home phone service.
