The "Statements" list provides access to your three most recent Suddenlink bills. To view follow these steps:
  • Log in to My Accounton suddenlink.net
  • Click on the "My Bill" tab
  • Then click on "View Statements" in the overview section.
Why doesn't my statment open when I click the link?

If the statement will not open, you may not have Adobe Acrobat Reader on your PC. Adobe Acrobat Reader is required to view your Suddenlink bill image.
How can I get Adobe Acrobat Reader?

You can download this free software by scrolling to the bottom of the "Your current billing information" page and click on the Adobe logo.
How do I print my statement?

To print your statement, click on the statement link, then click the printer symbol in the upper left hand corner to print for your records.
How do I save my statement to my computer?

Yes you can save your statement to your PC. Simply click on the statement link, then click the disk symbol to save for your records.
If I have multiple services, will they appear together on the same bill?

If you receive separate billing statements from Suddenlink (example: one for Digital telephone, one for cable service), each statement will appear separately.
How do I make a payment?

  • Log into the Primary Online Account Username
  • Click on "My Account"
  • Click on "My Bill"
  • Under the "Pay Online" section, select either One-Time Payment, or EZ Pay
  • Follow the prompts from there to make a payment
What is the monthly email bill reminder?

Will I still receive a paper bill statement?

Yes, unless you also elect to stop your paper bill.
Will I receive marketing emails from Suddenlink by opting in for this email reminder service?

You will receive email reminders when your online bill is ready (or service-related emails about events that may impact your receipt of the monthly reminders), as part of this program. Because of your relationship with Suddenlink, however, you may receive highly relevant service-related or special offer-related messages as well. If at any time you do not wish to receive these types of emails, you will be given the opportunity to remove your email address from our marketing list by clicking the "unsubscribe" link that appears at the bottom of our marketing email messages. Opting out of the marketing emails will not interfere with your ability to receive your online bill monthly email reminders.
What if I decide that I do not want to continue receiving my monthly email reminders?

You can stop the monthly email reminders by opting out of Paperless Billing.
Will Suddenlink share or sell my email address to third parties?

You can opt into paperless billing by logging in at our website, clicking on "My Account" and then "My Bill", checking the "I want to go paperless." button, and clicking "Submit".

When you stop your paper bill, you will automatically begin receiving a monthly email bill reminder from Suddenlink to ensure that you receive up-to-date information concerning your account. This will be sent to the same email address you use to login on Suddenlink.net.

If your service is disconnected for any reason, Suddenlink will automatically begin sending your paper bill statement again to ensure that you continue to receive up-to-date concerning your account.

How do I start receiving a paper bill again?

You can opt into paper billing by logging in at our website, clicking on "My Account" and then "My Bill", checking the "I want to receive a paper statement." button, and clicking "Submit".
Can I sign up for Paperless Billing over the phone?

Currently, we only offer the ability to stop paper bills through our website. Signing up through our site assures us that you have access to your bill online and have provided us with an email address for critical communications. This also ensures that we can communicate important "bill insert" regulatory notices and other announcements to you via email.
What if my email address changes?

If your Email address changes, and you are not using a Suddenlink e-mail account, you will simply log into our website, click on "My Account" and then "My Profile", change the alternate e-mail address, and click "Update User".
Is the My Account service secure?

In addition to providing your email address, you also must accurately type in your password to access your account. Through the "Change profile/Preferences" link you will also have the ability to set up a secret question/secret answer to give you secure access to your password online in case you forget it at any time.
