How do I view my most recent Suddenlink bill online?

The "Statements" list provides access to your three most recent Suddenlink bills. To view follow these steps:
  • Log in to Suddenlink.net as the Primary Online Account User
  • Click on "My Account
  • Click on "My Bill"
  • Under the "Overview" section, select either Pay Bill or Set Up Automated Payments
  • Follow the instructions as prompted to finish the payment process
Why doesn't my statement open when I click the link?

If the statement will not open, you may not have Adobe Acrobat Reader on your PC. Adobe Acrobat Reader is required to view your Suddenlink bill image.
How can I get Adobe Acrobat Reader?

You can download this free software by visiting the Adobe Reader download site located here.
How do I print my statement?

To print your statement, click on the statement link, then click the printer symbol in the upper left hand corner to print for your records.
How do I save my statement to my computer?

Yes you can save your statement to your PC. Simply click on the statement link, then click the disk symbol to save for your records.
If I have multiple services, will they appear together on the same bill?

Unless you have a need for two seperate bills, such as at services at two different addresses, or business vs residential, then you should receive only one bill for all of your services.
How do I make a payment?

  • Log into the Primary Online Account Username
  • Click on "MyAccount"
  • Click on "My Bill"
  • Under the "Pay Online" section, select either One-Time Payment, or EZ Pay
  • Follow the prompts from there to make a payment
What is the monthly email bill reminder?

For customers who sign up for paperless billing, three days after the end of your billing cycle, you will receive an email stating that your online bill has been updated and is ready to view online. This email will contain the last 9 or 7 digits of your account number, and a link to log into our website.

What is my bill cycle and where do I find it?

Your bill cycle refers to the date your billing period ends each month. This date appears on your bill statement in several places. On the first page of your bill statement, it appears as "Current charges as of." It also appears in each detail section of your bill as "Monthly service from ____to ____."
Will I still receive a paper bill statement?

This depends on whether or not you have signed up for paperless billing. If you have signed up for paperless billing, then you will not receive a paper bill in the mail. Instead you will receive an email letting you know that your monthly bill is ready to view on your MyAccount portal page, located here.
Will I receive marketing emails from Suddenlink by opting in for paperless billing?

You will receive email reminders when your online bill is ready (or service-related emails about events that may impact your receipt of the monthly reminders), as part of this program. Because of your relationship with Suddenlink, however, you may receive highly relevant service-related or special offer-related messages as well. If at any time you do not wish to receive these types of emails, you will be given the opportunity to remove your email address from our marketing list by clicking the "unsubscribe" link that appears at the bottom of our marketing email messages. Opting out of the marketing emails will not interfere with your ability to receive your online bill monthly email reminders.
What if I decide that I do not want to continue with paperless billing and would like to start receiving a paper bill again?

You can stop the monthly email reminders by opting out of Paperless Billing through your MyAccount portal page located here. Be aware, if you elect to receive a paper bill, you will incur a $1 Paper Bill Convenience Fee on your bill.
Will Suddenlink share or sell my email address to third parties?

Suddenlink will not share or sell the email addresses of its customers to any unaffiliated third parties. If you have opted in to receive special offer email communications through one of our marketing programs, or if you are a Suddenlink High Speed Internet customer, Suddenlink may send messages containing special offers in partnership with a third party. However, these messages would only feature selected, value-added benefits that are relevant to Suddenlink customers.
Can I sign up for Paperless Billing over the phone?

Yes, you can call us to speak to a live agent or go into your local office to have your statement preferences changed.
What if my email address changes?

If your Email address changes, and you are not using a Suddenlink e-mail account, you will simply log into our website, click on "MyAccount" and then "My Profile", change the alternate e-mail address, and click "Update User".
Is the MyAccount portal secure?

In addition to providing your email address, you also must accurately type in your password to access your account. Through the "Change profile/Preferences" link you will also have the ability to set up a secret question/secret answer to give you secure access to your password online in case you forget it at any time.

How do I update where my bill should be sent?

You can change your billing address through your Suddenlink MyAccount portal page. After logging into your Suddenlink MyAccount, click on "My Bill" in the light blue menu at the top. Selecting "Change Billing Address" will pop up a window. Simply follow the instructions listed.
