Since Suddenlink Communications bills one month in advance, if a new bill is received prior to the current statement balancing being paid in full, the account will fall into a delinquent status and the collections process begins. When the collection process begins, if the account is left in past due status, there is a possibility of an interruption of service.


Reasons for Past Due Bills

If you have made a payment but it has not shown on your bill there are a couple of situations that may have occurred. If the payment was mailed in or paid at a payment center not a Suddenlink local office, it may take a couple of days to be received. If a payment was made through any other means, please check your bank account or credit card to see if the amount has been taken out of your account.
