Suddenlink accepts payment by mail, online (one-time payments and recurring drafts), via the automated phone system, and at all Suddenlink local office locations all at no additional charge. For a nominal fee, you can make a payment with a live agent by phone.


Additionally, you may use EZ Pay. The EZ Pay program from Suddenlink lets you pay your bill each month directly through your bank account or credit card. No check to write, no trip to the mailbox, no stamp to buy. No forgetting. It's automatic, secure, and effortless.

Avoiding payment assistance fees

If you need to make a payment with an agent over the phone, you may incur an additional charge called a payment assistance fee. You can avoid this fee by using one of the options below to make your payment:


  • Pay by mail: You can submit your payment in the envelope provided in your monthly bill or, if you do not have your stub or envelope available, you may mail the payment to one of the addresses below. Please be sure to include your name, address, account number, and phone number along with your payment.

  • Pay Online: You can also pay online through our website without incurring any additional fees. By logging into your account, you can make a one-time payment or set up recurring payments through your credit/debit or checking account.

  • Pay via Suddenlink's automated phone system: You may call Suddenlink at 1-888-822-5151 and use the automated system to make a one-time electronic payment. If you are past due and are called by a collection agent, you can make payments directly to them.

  • Pay at your local Suddenlink office: Locate your nearest Suddenlink local office using our Local Store Finder. Additionally, you can leave your payment in the authorized dropbox (if offered by your local office) if you need to make a payment after hours. However, these payments generally take 2-3 business days to process.

Outside Payment Options

Customers can use an outside firm of their choosing to set up Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT from vendors like Check Free) options. Please note, most firms charge a small monthly fee for this service. Other locations, such as grocery stores and other local businesses may voluntarily accept Suddenlink payments.
