Live agents are available 24/7 to take payments or answer any questions you may have.


Please note, a $10 payment processing fee will be applied to your account if you make a payment with a live agent. All other methods of payment listed below are free of charge to use.




Pay online

You can pay online through your MyAccount portal located at without incurring any additional fees. By logging into your account, you can make a one-time payment or set-up recurring payments using your credit/debit card or checking account.




Pay by mail

You can submit your payment in the envelope provided in your printed monthly statement or, if you do not have your stub or envelope available, you may mail the payment to one of the addresses below. Please be sure to include your name, address, accoun number, and phone number along with your payment.

    Pay through the automated phone system

    You may call Suddenlink anytime at 1-888-822-5151 and use the automated system to make a one-time electronic payment. If you are past due and are called by a collection agent, you can also make payments directly to them.




    Pay at your local office

    You can also make a payment at your nearest Suddenlink office. You can find the closest local office to you by using our Local Store Finder. Additionally, you can leave your payment in the authorized dropbox (if offered by your local office) if you need to make a payment after hours. Please note, payments made after hours may take up to 2-3 business days to process.




    Third party payment option

    Customers can use a third party firm of their choosing to set up Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT from vendors like Check Free) options.


    Please note, most firms charge a small monthly fee for this service. Other locations, such as grocery stores and other local businesses may voluntarily accept Suddenlink payments.
