As a Suddenlink customer, you have access to a wide array of tools available through the MyAccount portal located at http://www.suddenlink.net.
You can access MyAccount at any time by going to http://www.suddenlink.net, logging in with your username and password, and clicking on My Account in the blue bar at the top fo the screen.

When you load MyAccount, the first page you see will be the Account Overview. This page gives you a general snapshot of your account. You can see information about a variety of topics on this page, including:
This page allows you to manage your account information and the other users on your account. You can set up parental controls for viewing online content at suddenlink.net and Suddenlink2GO by user. You can also update your password, name, alternate email address, and secret question.
While you have the ability to view, add, and delete additional (secondary) uers in the My Profile section, in the My Users section, you have the ability to grant any created secondary users the permission to also manage users, to view/pay your bill, or change your services. These options are turned off by default when a user is created. You have to explicitly grant these permissions to a secondary account if you want those options available. For instance, an account created for your spouse that you would like to have the same ability as you to make changes to the account.
The My Bill section contains the same information as found on the Overview page, such as the amount of your bill and your due date, a way to pay online, enroll in paperless billing, set up automatic payments, or gives information for other ways to pay your bill.
The My Services section shows you the major Suddenlink products that you currently have: TV, Internet, Phone, and Security. If a product is available in your area that you do not subscribe to, there is a link for more information so you can order on suddenlink.com. Information is included for products like TV lineups, Internet Usage, Security Portal and Call Detail. If you have a scheduled appointment, the "My Appointments" section lists the service to be installed or appointment reason, date, and when the technician is scheduled to arrive. The day of your appointment, a "Where's My Tech?" link will appear. "Where's My Tech?" will give you an updated estimated time of arrival for your technician. A "Services Help" section with links to additional support information is also included on this page for your convenience, just in case you have any questions about your services.
This page is organized into sections for Support, Tools and Webspace. Support includes links to help.suddenlink.com Contact Us and Suddenlink FYI for online support information. Tools are provided to View Internet Usage (based on availability in your area), perform an Internet Speed Test, View TV Lineups, and a link to Panda Cloud Antivirus. Webspace is also available if you would like to utilize this feature.
