Troubleshooting Common HD Problems
No Audio
- Check to be sure that the MUTE button has not been depressed. To check, press MUTE on the remote control to restore volume.
- Receiver may be tuned to the wrong entertainment component. Verify receiver is set to the correct input source.
- If you have a VCR connected, the customer may be watching TV using a VCR with the VCR turned off. Turn VCR on.
- Check to be sure that your connections are correct and are finger-tight.
