Follow the instruction on the How To Register page to create your My Suddenlink account


I can’t find the voicemail option in the My Services tab on my account.

  • Login to you Suddenlink.net account with the primary user name.
  • Reset your password.
  • Log out of the suddenlink.net homepage.
  • Log back into the Suddenlink.net homepage with the primary user ID, and see if the vmail to email link now appears.
  • If the link still does not exist, a customer service specialist will have to assist you to ensure that voicemail has been properly setup on your account. Contact a customer service representative at 1-888-822-5151, or connect with one of our online support specialist for assistance.

I cannot hear audio when playing voicemail messages on my account.

  • Ensure the volume on your computer is not muted, and turned up.
  • Check to see if your audio cables/earphones are unplugged or not plugged into the right slots
  • Verify the volume slider on the player is turned up.
  • From MY account clock on the My Services Tab.
  • Find and Click on the Voicemail link
  • Under New/Saved Messages adjust the volume control on the right side, after the Play and Stop Buttons

I am unable to play back voicemail messages.

The voicemail to email feature requires Adobe shockwave player to enable message play back. You may need to install or update this software go to http://get.adobe.com/shockwave/ for Windows or http://www.adobe.com/ for Apple for more information.


I am not receiving emails containing my voicemail after I setup my account.
