Call Forwarding

The Call Forwarding feature allows you to forward calls made to your home phone to another number.  Each time a call is forwarded, your phone will make a short ring and it can still be used to make outgoing calls.

To Activate:

Lift the handset, listen for the dial tone, press *72, and then listen again for the dial tone.  Next, dial the number for the forwarding location.

To Deactivate:

Lift the handset, listen for the dial tone, and then press *73 (a tone confirms deactivation).

If you leave Call Forward on and receive a call after returning home, you will hear a short ring indicating that the call is being forwarded.  You cannot answer the short ring it merely reminds you to deactivate Call Forward now that you are home.
