Verifying Settings and Changing Password
- Log into the modem
- Open Internet Explorer
- Type 192.168.0.1 in the address bar
- Hit Enter
2. At the Login Screen
- Username = cusadmin
- Password = password
- Click LOGIN
3. On the Home screen, you'll have a summary the settings we need to verify.
- SSID = suddenlink.net-xxxx (x's represent last 4 of RF Cable MAC Address)
- WEP 128 bit and Encryption Pass Phrase (KEY)
- Channel Being Used = Audio
4. Password Change
- Click on System, then Password Settings
- Current Password, type password (in lower case)
- New Password and Re-Enter Password for Verification - type the new password of choice
- Click Apply Settings
When prompted, login with the new password
