Forgotten Primary Username, Email Address or Password
Suddenlink Customer Support can retrieve the following information for the primary account holder or authorized user.
- Primary Username
- Primary email address
Suddenlink Customer Support cannot retrieve your password. However, you can click the Forgot Password link on the login page and use your Secret Question/Secret Answer to change your password online. Without the Secret Question/Secret Answer, you must contact Suddenlink Customer Support to reset your password for you.

A. The primary email address is the first email address you received when signing up with Suddenlink High Speed Internet service. The primary Username is the first part of the of the primary email address. It is the name or text that precedes the @suddenlink.net of the email address.
For example:
If Jane123@suddenlink.net is the email address
Then Jane123 is the Username.
