Troubleshooting - DLink DCM-202
For Ethernet connections, when the Ethernet light is flashing this indicates that the modem is functioning properly. See below.

For USB connections, when the USB light is flashing this indicates that the modem is functioning properly. See below.

When the modem is looking for a cable connection, this will be indicated by an orange flashing Cable light. See below.
