We are pleased to announce My Suddenlink, the all new suddenlink.net! Starting on November 9th, .net will have a whole new look and feel. You will notice the site has a sleeker look, is easier to personalize, and allows quicker access to those things most important to you.
We are also improving the navigation between .net and .com by adding top level navigation to the sites to allow you to easily click on “Shop” to go to .com or “My Suddenlink” to manage your account information, view news and weather, and more on .net.
1. Easy access to key fatures at the top of page, incuding weather
2. Left-hand navigation change to top navigation
3. Instead of a login box that changed to show the available features once you logged in, the features are now always visible for My Account, My Bill, VIPperks, and more.
4. Email moved to the main header to be more visible. My Account and My Bill are in the same position.
5. Key service are customerizable (VIPpersk, ESPN3) by clicking "Select Components."
6. Additional promotions are featured within the content of the page
7. Google Integrated Search bar is still present

You will now be able to toggle back and forth between Suddenlink.com and Suddenlink.net.
From Suddenlink.com, My Suddenlink can be clicked to route you to the Suddenlink.net site, while clicking Shop will route you to Suddenlink.com.
If you select a feature on .com that requires a login, you will be directed to a “Login” page then to the page you selected on .net.
