Suddenlink.net Registration
1. To register for your Suddenlink.net account select "Not Registered? SIGN UP NOW!" found next to the Log In link on the right side of the page.
2. At the registration page you'll need your 16 digit account number and access code, both can be located on your most recent Suddenlink statement. Complete the rest of the form by typing the secure code found in the box and clicking 'submit'.
3. Primary Use Registration page.
- Log In Information is where you'll create your user name and password
- In the User Information section you'll notice that the first and last name fields are pre-populated with information from your account with Suddenlink. You'll need to provide the remaining information:
o Alternate e-mail Address
o Challenge Question Response
o Both the alternate email and challenge questions are used to retrieve a forgotten password.
- Movie, TV, and Music Ratings
o Parents can control what content is viewed from Suddenlink's homepage. For example, if you set the highest movie rating to G, then any ads that run for movies would not display unless they were G rated content. This is the same for music and TV settings.
o Unrated content simply means that the content has not been rated at all and the unrated content will load on the Suddenlink homepage.
- Agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy by checking the 'I agree' box and clicking 'submit'.
4. Verify your entries, print the page for your records and click 'continue' on the New User Confirmation page.
5. Once your account is created you're automatically signed up for Billing Options, which will allow you to view your statement. Other services available under Billing Options include:
- Paperless billing
- Paying your bill on line
- Authorizing monthly recurring payments
6. To access your statement, select the 'Billing Options' link and select the 'View Statements' tab.
7. You will also have access to both One-Time and Recurring payments by selecting the 'Account Overview' tab.
