How do I view my most recent Suddenlink bills online?
The "Statements" list provides access to your three most recent Suddenlink bills. To view, simple click on the link for the statement you wish to view.
How come my statement won't open when I click on the link.
If the statement will not open, you may not have Adobe Acrobat Reader on your PC. Adobe Acrobat Reader is required to view your Suddenlink bill image.
How can I get Adobe Acrobat Reader?
You can download this free software by scrolling to the bottom of the "Your current billing information" page and click on the Adobe logo.
How do I print my statement?
To print your statement, click on the statement link, then click the printer symbol in the upper left hand cornder to print for your records.
Can I save my statement to my PC?
Yes you can save your statement to your PC. Simply click on the statement link, then click the disk symbol to save for your records.
I have multiple services from Suddenlink, will they appear together on the bill?
If you receive separate billing statements from Suddenlink (example: one for Digital telephone, one for cable service), each statement will appear separately.
How do I make a payment?

What is the monthly email bill reminder?
Three days after the end of your billing cycle, you will receive an email stating that your online bill has been updated, including a link to log into our website, and a partially masked Suddenlink account number (e.g. xxx xxxx 1234567xx) for reference purposes.
How can you sign up for a monthly email bill reminder?
- On our website, click on View/Pay Bill.
- Log in (or set up your password if needed).
- Click on the link for "Change Statement Delivery" to the top right of your screen.
What is my bill cycle and where do I find it?
Your bill cycle refers to the date your billing period ends each month. This date appears on your bill statement in several places. On the first page of your bill statement, it appears as "Current charges as of." It also appears in each detail section of your bill as "Monthly service from ____to ____."
Will I still receive a paper bill statement?
Yes, unless you also elect to stop your paper bill.
Will I receive marketing emails from Suddenlink by opting in for this email reminder service?
You will receive email reminders when your online bill is ready (or service-related emails about events that may impact your receipt of the monthly reminders), as part of this program. Because of your relationship with Suddenlink, however, you may receive highly relevant service-related or special offer-related messages as well. If at any time you do not wish to receive these types of emails, you will be given the opportunity to remove your email address from our marketing list by clicking the "unsubscribe" link that appears at the bottom of our marketing email messages. Opting out of the marketing emails will not interfere with your ability to receive your online bill monthly email reminders.
What if I decide that I do not want to continue receiving my monthly email reminders?
If you wish to discontinue receiving your monthly email reminders, you will be able to turn off this service by logging into the View/Pay Your Bill area on our website and selecting Change Statement Delivery.
Will Suddenlink share or sell my email address to third parties?
Suddenlink will not share or sell the email addresses of its customers to any unaffiliated third parties. If you have opted in to receive special offer email communications through one of our marketing programs, or if you are a Suddenlink High Speed Internet customer, Suddenlink may send messages containing special offers in partnership with a third party. However, these messages would only feature selected, value-added benefits that are relevant to Suddenlink customers.

When you stop your paper bill, you will automatically begin receiving a monthly email bill reminder from Suddenlink to ensure that you receive up-to-date information concerning your account. This will be sent to the same email address you use to login on Suddenlink.net. |
Any required notices that are normally mailed with your printed bill statement, such as pricing or channel changes and privacy notices will also be emailed to you.
If your service is disconnected for any reason, Suddenlink will automatically begin sending your paper bill statement again to ensure that you continue to receive up-to-date concerning your account.

Currently, we only offer the ability to stop paper bills through our website. Signing up through our site assures us that you have access to your bill online and have provided us with an email address for critical communications. This also ensures that we can communicate important "bill insert" regulatory notices and other announcements to you via email.
Why does Suddenlink automatically restart the paper bill when a customer disconnects?
Once you disconnect, you may stop visiting suddenlink.com for updates or change your email address without notifying us (particularly if you were a suddenlink.net customer). Restarting the paper bill ensures that we don't lose touch with you.
What if my email address changes?
If your email address changes, you will simply log in to our website using your last email address, then select the "Change Profile/Preferences" link and easily update your email address.
