What can be done to determine what content is viewed?
Parents can control what content is viewed from Suddenlink's homepage. If they were to set the highest movie rating to G, then any ads that run for movies would not display unless they were G rated Content. This is the same for music and TV settings.
What does allow unrated content mean?
This simply means that the content has not been rated at all and the unrated content will load on the Suddenlink homepage.
What is the alternate email address for?
If you forget your password and click the forget password link on our website, an alternate email address is required. You will be prompted to answer a challenge question and then an email will be sent to the alternate email address where you can recover your password.
